Your hours. Agent hours. The bill.

You can see human time beside agent time and inspect the costs behind both. The redesigned ledger ingests agent sessions, groups work by project and lets you correct attribution before exporting a report.

Announcement. Station 06 counts hours, yours and the agents'. The agents did not ask for overtime. We checked the ledger.

Read human and agent time together.

The Overview places your hours beside agent hours as a multiple of yours, with a cost split and plan value. Switch periods from Day to Year and inspect projects, providers and live agents. Agent hours are not a claim of equivalent human output.

Let agent sessions enter the ledger.

Automatic ingestion reads Claude Code transcripts and subagents, Codex rollouts and SSB fleet runs and gates. Worktrees map back to repositories. Dated, cache-aware prices and byte-budgeted incremental reads feed the ledger.

Inspect what agent work costs.

Compare conductors, executors, subagents and reviewers by model and machine. Inspect machine price, cost per agent hour, plan pay-off and live quota. The cost model separates API spend, plan share and host cost by busy time.

Plan value uses a yardstick. It is not cash saved.

Put the work under the right client.

Projects group by client. Edit a project's name, client and hourly rate inline, then inspect billable value and its sortable task breakdown.

Correct a span, then undo the correction.

Use timeline lanes and right-click or bulk corrections to move work, assign a task or mark a span as not work. A rule shows a live count before you apply it. Undo lets you reverse a correction.

Change projects while the timer continues.

The floating tracker has timer, automatic and pause modes, a project-task picker and recents. It can show the clock, live agents and costs. Switching project keeps timing.

Review a period and export its scope.

Recaps cover the last week, month, quarter, half-year and year. Export a scope as CSV, Google Sheets paste or a sandboxed PDF with task breakdown. Sheets paste is a paste format, not an API connection.

Choose what activity tracking can see.

The classic tracking privacy rules cover apps, URLs, window titles, time blocks and categories. These are separate from the redesigned ledger's ungraded rows.

Account for a week spent shipping a toolHuman time and agent work need separate measures in the same report.

Across separate apps

  1. Read your hours from a timer app.
  2. Find agent sessions in Claude Code and Codex logs.
  3. Gather plan charges and API usage from provider dashboards.
  4. Join project attribution, time and costs in a spreadsheet.
  5. Export a report for the client.

You join the evidence and accounting by hand.

Through C0TRACK

  1. Read your hours, ingested agent work and cost split for the week.
  2. Review the project and correct any misplaced timeline spans.
  3. Export the chosen scope with its task breakdown.

The ledger brings the evidence together; you still review attribution.

Facts the lab is oddly proud of

  • 15 secondsEach synchronization run has a time bound and keeps unfinished work for retry.
  • YardstickPlan value is divided by a yardstick. It is not API spend or a cash-savings receipt.
  • Busy timeHost cost is attributed by the time the machine is busy.
  • ClassicTurning off New C0TRACK in Settings brings back the classic dashboard.

Not yetPlanned, and listed here so nobody has to guess.

  • Live proof for the redesigned ledgerThose rows remain tbc.
  • C0CAP Flows schedulingA working module-to-module schedule is not established.
  • Direct Google Sheets syncThe ledger exports a Sheets paste format. It does not establish a direct Google Sheets API integration.
  • Verified device-to-device trackingThe queued flush has a retry contract. The maps do not supply a verified three-OS synchronization experience.
