Code of conduct

Who this covers

Everyone with a C0VIBE account, on every surface: the desktop app, the network, the web app and the phone. It covers what you post, upload, send and name, and what you ask the AI features to make. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Never, and the account is closed

Two things end the whole account the first time a person on our side confirms them. Not a warning, not a strike.

  • Sexual content involving minors in any form: real, drawn, written or generated. Sexualising minors, grooming, or seeking contact with minors for sexual purposes.
  • Nazi or other extremist propaganda: glorifying, justifying or denying the Holocaust or another genocide; national-socialist or other extremist symbols and slogans used to promote the cause; calling for hatred, discrimination or violence against people because of their origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender or disability; recruiting for or praising violent extremist or terrorist groups.

A closed account cannot sign in again and loses every part of C0VIBE: the network, the tools, the AI features, the cloud. The person may not open another account. We keep the evidence and pass child sexual abuse material and other criminal content to the competent authorities.

Not tolerated

These cost you the community. While a person looks at a report the account can be suspended from the community. A confirmed violation removes community access; your own tools, your data and your accepted connections stay. Three confirmed violations end it for good. Threats and publishing private data end it at once.

  • Harassment, bullying, pile-ons, contact after someone blocked you.
  • Threats of violence, and publishing private messages or personal data of others.
  • Hate against a group that does not reach the level above.
  • Sexual content where it was not asked for, and unwanted advances.
  • Pretending to be someone else, a company or a product.
  • Passing off stolen work as your own, or AI-generated work as real.
  • Malicious code, unsafe links, scams, fake engagement and spam.

The AI features

The same rules hold for what you ask an AI model to produce through C0VIBE. Requests that a model provider refuses for the reasons above are counted against the account. Repeated attempts go to a person for review, and an attempt to generate sexual content involving minors goes to review the first time.

Reporting

Every profile and every piece of content has a report entry, and the reasons include child safety and hate or extremism. A person takes a first look within one hour for a critical report and within twelve hours for the others. You are told when it was received and when it was decided, never the details about the other member. A report made in bad faith is itself a violation.

Not a member? Tell us through the partnership page and say it is a conduct report.

Decisions and appeals

A person decides, not a filter. Every decision comes with a statement of reasons: what was found, which rule it broke, what is cut and what keeps working. You can appeal once per decision, for six months, and the appeal is read by the founder. After a closure the only question an appeal can raise is whether the decision was wrong.

Deleting an account under review

You can ask for deletion at any time. While a report about child safety is being looked at, or after a closure, the account and its records are kept under a legal hold. The request is recorded and carried out when the hold ends.

Changes

This is version 2026-10-10. It is a working draft under legal review, like the terms it belongs to, and Swiss law applies. When it changes in substance you are asked to accept the new version.
